Gavin Switzer, MLA, ASLA

Mr. Switzer is a very creative and highly motivated Landscape designer with years of professional experience. He obtained his Masters in Landscape Architecture from Kent State University in 2018. His focus is integrating natural landscapes into the built environment to restore pollinator habitat while remaining aesthetically pleasing. He is heavily influenced by traditional French design. He was awarded the 2019 AIA Cleveland Award for his restoration work at the Boston Visitors Center in the Cuyahoga Valley National Park. He is an active member of the Rotary Club of Youngstown and the Chair of the Board for Friends of the Mahoning River.

Heidi O’Neill, RLA, ASLA

Mrs. O’Neill brings her innovative yet practical design style from her 30+ year experience in the industry. She worked at Ohio State University in Columbus for over 10 years as principal landscape architect designing roadways, sidewalks, bike paths, city parks, play grounds, and arboretums while also responsible for design maintenance of a manicured campus of over 700 acres with a population of 55,000. She has been involved in site development construction and the renovation of the interior and exterior of properties. Her landscape and real estate experiences prove the added value a well designed landscape brings to a property.
