Shaker Heights, Ohio Residence
The obstacles faced at this property involved a corner lot with very little privacy and a five foot grade change from the sidewalk to lawn. Since this home also has little back yard space, the redesign of the front yard created usable lawn space. Boulder outcroppings and terraced planting spaces create a bit of mystery from the street. A new front walk with decorative paving and boulder steps was added to provide a welcoming entry.
