Cleveland Heights, Ohio Residence
Incorporating a true lap pool 10’ x 70’ was challenging in this smaller back yard. A new Pau Lope (Brazilian Hardwood) deck was installed and modifications to existing structures to make them more functional and aesthetically pleasing. Large 18-20’ evergreens were added to create privacy as well as decorative fencing. Wood and metal fencing mimic each other. Furniture was special ordered to match the style of this home. In the front yard, a new more accommodating driveway was added creating better scale and proportion to the entry. A new bluestone walk was added as well as decorative columns and plantings.
Design for front and back yard was completed by O’Neill Landscape Design, installation of the pool, drive and deck was by others.
