A top to bottom renovation and a request for a sophisticated garden with all white flowering plants. In addition, all paved and living spaces as well as the entrance to the home were to be handicap accessible. Privacy was important as well as ease of maintenance. A retractable awning was incorporated into the arbor structure to provide summer shade. LED lighting and irrigation also were included as well as yard definition for young children and animals.
