Washington Park, Sandusky, Ohio
The Sandusky Erie Community Foundation provided funding through a grant from the Kellogg Foundation to redesign four city blocks including the historic public greenhouses. Design components included stronger connections, universally accessible features, textural & children’s garden, changes to vehicular circulation, and green conservation practice. Additional components include play equipment, shelter house, and spray park.
